Evolve Life Pain & Injury Clinic

Expert Help for Back Pain, Injury Rehab & Persistent Pain

Support for back pain, neck pain, sciatica, joint and muscle pain, injury recovery, and ongoing symptoms that keep returning or have become difficult to shift.

Rehabilitation, pain education, movement-based approaches, and hands-on care where appropriate. Helping you make sense of your symptoms and move forward with more confidence.

Evolve Life looks at the full picture: your pain, movement, stress, fears, and how these affect daily life. Your care is always individual. Lasting change comes from understanding pain, retraining movement, and gradually rebuilding confidence in your body.

What I Help With

I support people with a wide range of musculoskeletal and longer-term pain problems, including:

  • back pain and recurring flare-ups

  • neck pain and tension

  • sciatica and nerve-related symptoms

  • joint and muscle pain

  • injury recovery and rehabilitation

  • persistent pain that has become frustrating, confusing, or difficult to shift

  • stiffness, movement fear, and loss of confidence in the body

Whether your pain is relatively recent or has been ongoing for some time, the aim is the same: to help you better understand what is happening and move forward with a clear plan.

How I Help

Support is tailored to you and may include:

Hands-on care where appropriate
To reduce irritation, ease protective tension, and create space for progress.

Rehabilitation and movement guidance
To improve strength, movement confidence, and function in everyday life.

Pain education
To help you make sense of ongoing symptoms, reduce fear, and feel more in control.

Clinical Somatics and movement-based approaches
To help you work with tension patterns, body awareness, and long-held protective habits.

A structured, realistic plan
So you know what you are working on, why it matters, and what to do between sessions.

Why My Approach Is Different

Pain is not always just about one structure, one scan result, or one tight muscle.

For many people, pain is shaped by a combination of irritation, protection, movement habits, stress, past injury, poor sleep, reduced confidence, and the way the body has adapted over time.

That is why my work does not stop at hands-on treatment.

I combine rehabilitation, pain education, movement-based approaches, and hands-on care where appropriate to help you:

  • understand your pain more clearly

  • reduce unhelpful sensitivity and tension

  • rebuild confidence in movement

  • improve day-to-day function

  • develop practical self-management skills

The goal is not to keep you dependent on appointments. It is to help you feel more capable, more confident, and better supported in your recovery.

Not Sure Where To Start?

If your pain is ongoing, keeps returning, feels more complicated than it should, or has not improved with previous treatment, this is usually the best place to begin.

A discovery call gives us a chance to briefly discuss what is going on, whether I am the right fit for you, and what the best next step might be.

There are a few ways we can work together, depending on where you are right now.

Living With Persistent Pain

If your pain keeps returning, feels unpredictable, or hasn’t responded to previous treatment, this is a good place to start.
